The CAF Project Assessment Workbook is a structured scoring instrument for capital-architecture mandates. Each of the seven stages has its own sheet — inputs, threshold checks, and the Quantitative Gate Requirement documented at the bottom. Walk a project through it before committing to a structure.

- When the workbook is revised (typically with each WP-series release), recipients receive the new version with a one-line changelog. Reply with "unsubscribe" to opt out.
